2. Customer Eligibility & Product Accountability

  • Age Requirement: By purchasing from Kisaan24, we assume you are at least 18 years old or possess legal guardian supervision to make commercial agricultural purchases.

  • Usage & Liability Disclaimer: Kisaan24 operates strictly as a retail distribution platform for genuine agricultural inputs (including but not limited to seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers). Since environmental variables, soil composition, climate conditions, and dosage applications are completely beyond our control, Kridhansh Enterprises Private Limited shall not be held liable or responsible for any crop failure, low yield, financial loss, or damage resulting from the misuse or incorrect handling of products purchased from us. Buyers are advised to strictly adhere to the manufacturer's on-package instructions.

3. Operational Shipping & Ground Logistics

  • Delivery Partners & Logistics: We route our shipments through trusted third-party courier logistics aggregators (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, India Post, etc.) to ensure reliable dispatch. Our standard delivery timeline across serviceable regions ranges between 6 to 12 operational working days.

  • Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Exception: In certain remote rural zones classified as "Out of Delivery Area" (ODA) by regional courier networks, doorstep delivery might be restricted. In such instances, customers will be notified to self-collect their parcel from the nearest accessible courier franchise/hub.

  • Pre-Dispatch Verification: To ensure seamless delivery in rural sectors, our customer service team reserves the right to contact first-time buyers via voice call or WhatsApp to confirm the precise location landmarks and PIN code details. If a specific PIN code is determined to be non-serviceable, the order may be cancelled, or an alternative delivery address will be requested.

  • Logistical Delay Disclaimer: While we put in our best efforts to deliver orders swiftly, Kisaan24 is not financially liable for transit delays caused by unavoidable circumstances like severe weather conditions, regional restrictions, or logistical carrier breakdowns.

4. Commercial Order Modifications & Transit Protection

  • Damaged Shipment Policy: If you observe that the package is physically crushed, leaking, or the safety seal is visibly tampered with at the exact time of delivery, you must refuse to accept the delivery from the courier agent. Write a clear note on the courier sheet stating "Refused due to visible transit damage" and report the incident along with real-time photographs to support@kisaan24.com within 24 hours. We will initiate a fresh replacement dispatch post-verification.

  • Transaction Authorization Liability: Kisaan24 operates under no liability for any financial loss or transaction failure arising from unauthorized card utilization or payments exceeding the preset limits defined between the cardholder and their respective banking institution.

5. Absolute No-Return & No-Refund Policy

To maintain direct-from-factory competitive margins and guarantee biological safety compliance for sensitive agricultural materials, Kridhansh Enterprises Private Limited enforces a strict No-Return and No-Refund policy across Kisaan24.com.

  • Once an item is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, it cannot be recalled, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances. All monetary transactions are considered final sales.

The entire framework, design layout, promotional banners, visual graphics, and digital content hosted on Kisaan24.com are protected under relevant intellectual property laws.
