At Kisaan24, we are fully committed to supporting our farmers and retail partners by delivering 100% genuine, top-quality agricultural products (seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers) at the most affordable prices and minimal margins.

To maintain these direct-from-brand affordable prices and ensure the bio-safety of agricultural inputs, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Key Highlights of Our Policy:

  • No Returns: Once a product is ordered and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Since agricultural products require specific storage conditions, we do not accept returns to maintain stock purity.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any processed or delivered orders. All sales on Kisaan24 are final.

  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Products):

We take utmost care in packaging, but in extremely rare cases, if you receive a wrong product or a physically damaged package, we are here to support you.

To claim a replacement for a damaged/wrong product, you must follow these steps:

  1. An unboxing video is mandatory. You must record a clear, unedited video while opening the parcel for the first time, showing the damage or incorrect item.

  2. Share the unboxing video and order details with our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
