All shipments on this platform are managed and fulfilled by Kridhansh Enterprises Private Limited.

1. Shipping Timelines & Processing

Order Processing Time: Once an order is successfully placed and verified on Kisaan24.com, it takes 1 to 3 working days to securely pack and dispatch the items from our fulfillment facilities.
Standard Delivery Timeline: Our estimated delivery timeframe across India ranges between 6 to 12 operational working days.
Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Actual delivery may vary based on product availability, bad weather conditions, public holidays, transport strikes, or remote geographic locations. Kisaan24 is not financially liable for any crop timing or operational losses incurred due to transit delays.

2. Logistics Network & Serviceable Areas

Our Carriers: To ensure maximum reach in rural and urban sectors, we partner with premium third-party logistics aggregators and courier networks (including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, India Post, etc.).
Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Policy: Since agricultural inputs are heavily required in interior rural regions, certain pincodes may be classified as "Out of Delivery Area" (ODA) by private courier networks. In such specific cases, doorstep delivery might not be possible, and the customer will be required to self-collect the parcel from the nearest accessible courier franchise hub or office. Our support team will keep you informed with the hub's address and contact details.

3. Order Verification & Pincode Serviceability

Pre-Dispatch Confirmation: To prevent incorrect shipping and delivery failures in villages, our executive may contact first-time or new users via Call or WhatsApp to confirm the exact landmark, address, and PIN code.
Non-Serviceable Locations: If a location or PIN code is completely unserviceable by our logistics partners, Kisaan24 reserves the right to cancel the order. In case of prepaid orders, a full refund for the cancelled order will be initiated to the original payment source.

4. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the agricultural products and the destination pincode. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
COD Availability: Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected products and pincodes. Kisaan24 reserves the right to disable the COD option for profiles or regions flagged with high RTO (Return to Origin) risks by our security systems.

5. Damage Protection & Missing Shipments

Transit Protection: We take utmost care in packaging heavy or chemical-based goods. However, if you receive a parcel that is visibly leaking, crushed, or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier agent.
Reporting: Kindly take clear photos/videos of the rejected tampered packet and email us at support@kisaan24.com or call us at +91 70653-70453 within 24 hours of refusal. We will arrange a fresh replacement shipment after validating the claim.
Wrong Address Liability: Kisaan24/Kridhansh Enterprises Private Limited is not responsible for non-delivery or wrong delivery if the shipping address or mobile number provided by the customer at the time of purchase was incorrect or incomplete.
